Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Lidcombe, NSW
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Immediate Start Available

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for logistics and people management? We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our fast-paced warehouse in Lidcombe and take charge of daily operations while motivating a high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a team of warehouse staff
• Coordinating daily workflow including picking, packing, and dispatch
• Operate a counter balance and high reach forklift 
• Assisting in picking, packing and loading/unloading trucks. 
• Training new staff and fostering a positive team culture
• Reporting to the Warehouse Manager on performance and improvements

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (essential)
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Forklift license (essential)
• Strong understanding of WHS procedures
