Shift: Day Shift | 5 AM - 1:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
Pay: $30.67 per hour

What We’re Looking For:

Meat Cutting Mastery - knowledge of different cuts of beef.
Production Sheet Pro - understanding how to read and follow production sheets
Prep Skills - able to select the correct bags for the correct meats and meat sizes
Fast Paced Environment
Attention to Detail

You MUST:

Be experienced in working on the slaughter floor
Beef experience is a must
Pass a fitness test
Have a driver’s license and a personal car

Have Q Fever or be open to receiving at companies cost
