Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager - Blue Collar

Our Sydney office has excelled beyond measure, and keen to add to their amazing team.
They require someone that is a motivated self starter with excellent time management skills, and willing to go the extra distance to get the job done.   
This is a fast paced environment and we are only going to get busier.

What's the job:
  • Onsite start ups
  • Managing accounts and ability to get out to clients and jobs when required
  • 360 recruitment - screening, on boarding, interviewing, inducting, compliance checks, reference checks and vevos
  • Placement of suitable candidates to our meet our clients demands.
  • Maintaining a database of suitable available candidates
  • Management of casual onhire staff
  • Administration/Data Entry
  • Daily Rostering
  • Business development experience (advantageous)
  • On call phones - rotating weekly and weekend roster

    What you will need to be successful:
  • Drivers license and reliable transport
  • Experienced recruiter / account manager
  • Sounds knowledge of Workplace health and safety and rehabilitation (desirable)
  • MUST be experienced in Blue Collar 
  • Looking to grow their career in the recruitment industry
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Can do attitude / Dedicated to get the job done
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Team player
