Recruitment Consultant / Accounts Manager required for 3 days per week initially

We have been awarded our Labour License in South Australia and have been given an opportunity to supply to a leading food manufacturer in our new SA base with other potential opportunities on the cards! 

What's the job:

  • Initially 3 days per week - home and site based (Port Wakefield area)
  • Travel between sites, start ups and site management
  • End to end recruitment from advertising, screening, interviewing, rostering, reference checking, organising medicals and inductions, site assessments  etc. 
  • Maintaining a database of suitable available candidates
  • Management of casual on-hire staff, including volume recruitment 
  • Administration/Data Entry
  • Seeking out new opportunities, business development (a must) 
  • Account management / Sales experience (a must)

The successful candidate may be required to work varied start/finish times which will include early mornings at times coupled with late evenings during busy periods. This role requires someone that will do what it takes to get the job done and put in the hours/time to meet the requirements of the clients.
