RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – Melbourne office

We are currently looking for the next super star to join our dynamic team. A motivated self-starter with excellent time management skills to work closely with our clients to ensure exceptional quality staff and service.
  
This role is an end-to-end Recruitment role – so you would need to be the person that is happy to get in front of potential clients and sell, Account manage those we do have, Onsite check-ins and start-ups and onboarding new candidates as the business requires – from screening, to interviewing, to reference checking to QA’ing documents.  Your attention to detail has to be on point!

What you will need to be successful:
  • Experience within a Sales or Business development role preferably in a Recruitment environment
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Approachable with amazing time management skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional personal presentation
  • A desire to succeed
  • Can do attitude / Dedicated to get the job done

What's the job:
  • Screening candidates & booking interviews whilst adhering to the clients requirements
  • 1st hand site knowledge & familiarisation of the roles you are filling, Organising / Conducting group inductions, & site assessments.
  • Placement of suitable candidates to our meet our clients demands.
  • Maintaining a database of suitable available candidates
  • Management of casual on hire staff
  • Liaising with & visiting various site contacts & building a rapport based on quality service, honesty and trust
  • Administration/Data Entry
  • Daily Rostering
  • Reference checking and QA
  • Startups and onsite checks
  • Account management / Business development
