BLUE COLLAR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT WANTED

We are looking high performing blue collar consultant to join our expanding team, if you're organised & love a challenge we are looking for you!!!!

Motivated self-starter with excellent time management to work closely with our team and clients to ensure exceptional quality staff and service.

You will be essential to the success of our operation and be heavily involved in the day-to-day operation of the business. 

Your role would include, but is not limited to: 

• Daily rostering
• Client lead generation
• End to End Recruitment and onboarding
• Managing compliance
• Management of casual onhire staff
• Administration / Data Entry & Database Management
• Account management – onsite check ins and follow up
• Liaising with & visiting various site contacts & building a rapport based on quality service, honesty and trust
• 1st hand site knowledge & familiarization of the roles you are filling, Organising / Conducting group inductions, & site assessments.

• Excellent computer skills
• A desire to forge your way as a Recruitment Consultant with drive and energy
• Events Management experience a plus! 
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to follow processes & procedure
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Looking to grow their career in the recruitment industry
• Can do attitude / Team player & Dedicated to get the job done

Consultants are required to be on-call on a rotating basis each week, and over a weekend every 4 weeks on average.
