Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication and foster strong relationships with clients, team members, and third-party vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of project management processes.

About you

• Melbourne based but flexibility to travel to site
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT services industry.
• Excellent troubleshooter
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• All about relationships and building rapport with your team, suppliers and clients alike!
• Committed, reliable and punctual
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
