We are currently seeking an Office Admin/Receptionist for an immediate start. At times this role can be fast paced, you need to be someone who can think on their feet, and adapt to changing environments and demands, you must be someone that can offer a high level of customer service to our candidates as well as our clients as their first point of contact.
What's the job:
- Front office duties, phones, greeting candidates, checking paperwork
- Speaking with clients on a daily basis, building rapport
- Maintaining a database of suitable available candidates
- Administration/Data Entry/filing
What you will need to be successful:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- A desire to succeed
- Can do attitude / Dedicated to get the job done
- Excellent time management skills
- Team player
