Level 1 and 2 Techs Wanted

Location: Adelaide, SA

Are you passionate about networking and ready to take on a challenging role in IT deployment? We are looking for skilled Level 1 and Level 2 IT Techs with a focus on networking to join our team for an exciting project. This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to a critical deployment initiative.

Project commences on 30th April 2024 

Duties for Level 1 Techs:

• Deploy EUC (Laptops, Computers, Tablets, AIO) to various locations 
• Perform basic setup and hardware checks
• Conduct removal and asset recording of old and new EUC devices

Duties for Level 2 Techs:

• Assist construction on network racking and stacking
• Manage network cable management, patching, and tracing under guidance
• Knowledge of network connectivity 
• Troubleshooting of network and hardware issues 

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of networking principles 
• Experience in rack and stacking, network cable management, and patching.
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel 
• Reliable, confident and a self starter who is able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong friendly customer service personality 

To Be Successful:

• Proven minimum 18 months experience in a similar role
• Ability to travel between sites
• Full Australian Drivers License and own transport
• Full working rights in Australia
• 2x work related references
• Valid police check
