Our client, a recognised leader in the events and exhibitions industry, is currently seeking enthusiastic and professional customer service staff to join their dynamic team. This is a casual, on-call position perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage attendees, assisting with general enquiries and frequently asked questions

Scan tickets and manage guest entry smoothly and efficiently

Assist with crowd control to ensure safety and smooth traffic flow

Check in registered guests and verify their details

Coordinate closely with catering to meet strict service deadlines

Communicate real-time event updates to venue staff as needed

Maintain a clean, organised, and professional front-of-house area
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Demonstrated experience in a customer service or events-based role

Strong attention to detail and clear, confident communication skills

Excellent time management and ability to multitask under pressure

Flexibility to work on a casual, on-call basis, including evenings and weekends
