Our client, a recognised leader in the events and exhibitions industry, is currently seeking enthusiastic and professional customer service staff to join their dynamic team. This is a casual, on-call position perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage attendees, assisting with general enquiries and frequently asked questions

  • Scan tickets and manage guest entry smoothly and efficiently

  • Assist with crowd control to ensure safety and smooth traffic flow

  • Check in registered guests and verify their details

  • Coordinate closely with catering to meet strict service deadlines

  • Communicate real-time event updates to venue staff as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional front-of-house area

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service or events-based role

  • Strong attention to detail and clear, confident communication skills

  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask under pressure

  • Flexibility to work on a casual, on-call basis, including evenings and weekends
