Our client, a reputable company operating in the food industry, is seeking enthusiastic Food Process Workers to join their team based in Mount Druitt, NSW. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, physically engaging environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Slicing cheese
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Weighing and labelling of ingredients 
• Maintain workplace hygiene and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production operations.
• Report any issues or hazards promptly to supervisory staff.

This opportunity is perfect for candidates who enjoy working in a physically active role and are comfortable in cold environments. Previous experience in cold storage or production is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

To be considered for this role you must have/be:

• Comfortable working independently
• Comfortable working in a cool environment 
• Comfortable working with meat products e.g. Beef and Pork 
• Recent experience in a similar role
• Available to start ASAP
• Excellent communication skills
• Great attention to detail
