We are a leading company in the manufacturing and associated industries, committed to excellence and innovation. We’re currently seeking a skilled Fitter and Turner to join our dynamic team at our Carole Park facility.

Role Overview:

As a Fitter and Turner with TIG welding experience, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery, ensuring all equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will contribute to our high standards of production and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform precision fitting and turning tasks.
  • Conduct TIG welding as required.
  • Knowledge and experience with hydraulics. 
  • Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve operational goals.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $47+ per hour, with overtime paid accordingly.
  • Roster: Rotating roster including 2 days and 2 afternoons, followed by 4 days off.
  • Work Environment: A supportive and inclusive workplace operating under the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupation Award.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience as a Fitter and Turner.
  • Proficiency in TIG welding.
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in the food industry (advantageous but not essential).
