Factory Supervisor – Hands-On Leader Wanted!

Loganholme, QLD | Mon–Fri 7:30am–4:00pm | ~$65K + Super + OT
No weekend work (unless exceptionally busy – very rare!)

We're on the lookout for a practical, reliable, and motivated Factory Supervisor to lead our small production team (2–3 staff) and help our client deliver top-quality products across Australia. This is a hands-on, site-based role where no two days are the same.

You’ll be working closely with our print production team, making sure jobs are built, packed, and dispatched on time and to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading a small, experienced factory crew

  • Overseeing day-to-day manufacturing & dispatch operations

  • Managing stock levels and coordinating deliveries

  • Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient workspace

  • Getting your hands dirty and solving problems on the fly!

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years in a factory/workshop supervisory role

  • Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail

  • Physically fit, practical, and proactive

  • A great team player with a can-do attitude

  • Driver’s licence required

  • Experience in print, signage, or exhibitions is a plus (but not essential)
