Event Labourers & Forklift Drivers Needed for Avalon Airshow 2025!

The Avalon Airshow 2025 is one of Australia’s premier aviation events, bringing together the best in aerospace, defense, and aviation industries. We’re looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to join our event team in supporting the smooth running of this spectacular event.  

Shifts commence from 11th March to 2nd of April 

Event Labourers:

• Assisting with set up and pack down of event structures, tents and equipment
• Loading and unloading trucks 
• Spotting and guiding forklift drivers safely into the halls
• Transport freight on pallet jacks

Forklift Drivers:

• Operating counterbalance forklifts to load, unload and distribute freight 
• Transporting large and oversized freight across the site 
• Assisting in the set-up and dismantling of exhibition stands, airshow equipment, and infrastructure
• Ensuring the safe operation of forklifts and adherence to all safety standards
