Registered Labour Hire Provider

The Labour Hire Licensing Act 2017 has now been operating from 16 April 2018. The Act establishes a mandatory licensing scheme to protect labour hire workers and support responsible labour hire providers. As a labour hire provider operating in Queensland, we need to be licensed under the scheme.
Licence holders are required to meet standards, including being a fit & proper person to supply labour, financially viable and compliant with relevant laws. Users of labour hire must only engage licensed providers.
We are happy to advise that we have now been issued with our licence to provide labour hire services.
