Seeking a dedicated and experienced Transport Operations Administrator to join our clients dynamic team!

Location: Eastern Creek
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00PM - 9:00PM

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in transport operations? We are looking for a Transport Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team based in Eastern Creek. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting day-to-day transport operations and ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Log and approve driver hours
• Booking orders 
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues
• Assist with data entry and reporting using transport management systems
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment is preferred
• Experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
