Our client is a renowned business in the horticultural industry specialising in the cost effective maintenance of trees and vegetation, from tree pruning, tree removals, land clearing, power line clearing, transplanting, and consultancy.   Established over 30 years ago, they are a leader in their field.

They are presently seeking an Strong admin staff to report directly to the general manager. 

This is a Monday to Friday role – starting at around 7.30 AM however for the right candidate open to Full or Part time hours. 

Duties are but not limited to:
  • Data entry, scheduling, scanning, filing & uploading
  • Liaising with management & clients
  • Using Microsoft Excel extensively and inhouse CRM
  • General Ad-hoc duties within administration as and when required 
  • Any duties deemed relevant on behalf of the GM
  • Adherence to all OH&S policies and guidelines
The ideal candidate must have:
  • Have worked in a similar environment – horticulture, transport, maintenance etc.
  • Must have excellent administrative skills
  • MUST HAVE Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • A Professional work ethic with demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Australian Working rights 
  • 2 x work related references 
  • Must have own reliable transport and drivers license
