More about the role:
- Candidate Sourcing & onboarding
- Employee Background and immigration checks
- Compliance & adhering to our Quality & Safety Systems
- Site visits & seeing all the different industries we deal with 1st hand
- Assisting with the planning, developing & implementing an effective candidate marketing strategy while working with the marketing department to optimise outcomes.
- Client/ candidate management.
- Relationship development to efficiently and effectively meet the needs & expectations of our clients and candidates.
- Oncall phones on a rotating roster
To be considered for the role:
- Hospitality Experience (Essential)
- Previous recruitment experience (blue and white collar) with a proven track record would be advantageous but not essential
- You must be self-motivated with a passion/drive for success
- A people person with excellent communication & ability to converse on all levels
- Exceptional customer service & relentless follow up
- MUST have full working rights in Australia
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
