Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering outstanding service? Our national client, working with top multinational companies in mining, food, airports, and aged care, is looking for a Service Delivery Lead to oversee their dynamic team.

About the Role:

As a Service Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless service operations. This is a hands-on position, where you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and leading a service desk team ensuring timely execution on service tickets
  • Managing rosters to ensure efficient coverage
  • Driving strong outcomes for clients
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Overseeing the support team to ensure that response and resolution targets specified in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) are achived

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous experience in a service desk environment
  • Understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes
  • Knowledge and experience with ITSM tools - ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, Freshservice, ConnectWise, Halo
  • Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide staff
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand setting
