$27.65 base hrly rate with 50% loading applied to Saturday hours.

ROSTERING & CREWING OFFICER REQUIRED!
Based in the Eastside area of Brisbane, our client who are a large food manufacturing company have an opportunity for an experienced ROSTERING & CREWING OFFICER who is experienced in large scale labour environments with solid administrative skills and an eye for detail.
- This role includes maintaining of rosters required to crew the multiple production areas onsite
- Managing a large mixed workforce of permanent, casuals and daily agency casuals over a two shift operation
- Multiple start times on any given day with variations to crewing requirements of 30% between days
- Would suit someone who has had high volume rostering experience
- Daily span of hours 8am to 6pm – worked as short & long days dependent on daily workload.
- Maybe required to work wk ends during peak production periods of Christmas & Easter.
