Recruitment Coordinator

Our client is a leading food manufacturing business dedicated to crafting delicious, high-quality baked products loved by customers around the country. As they continue to grow, we're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Onboarding and Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team.  Ideally this is suited to someone that has Manufacturing / Food Manufacturing experience / GMP and HACCAP experience 

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding Coordination:

• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Prepare materials and startup information.
• Conduct startups, safety, and site inductions.
• Process and schedule training sessions.
• Facilitate introductions to key team members.
• Your warm welcome will set the tone for their success.

Recruitment Support:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source and screen candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and make job offers.
• Play a vital role in attracting top talent to our organization.

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Develop innovative strategies for attracting diverse candidates.
• Your insights will help us build a talented and inclusive workforce.

Data Analysis & Systems Support:

• Track recruitment metrics and generate reports.
• Identify trends, measure success, and ensure compliance.
• Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Grad students looking to get in to a role with excellent growth opportunities)
• Prior experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ideally this is suited to someone that has Manufacturing / Food Manufacturing experience / GMP and HACCAP Training
