Our Brisbane based, Salisbury office requires someone that is a motivated self starter with excellent time management skills, and willing to go the extra distance to get the job done.    This is a fast paced environment and we are only going to get busier.

What's the job:

• Screening candidates & booking interviews whilst adhering to the clients requirements
• 1st hand site knowledge & familiarization of the roles you are filling, Organising / Conducting group inductions, & site assessments.
• Placement of suitable candidates to our meet our clients demands.
• Maintaining a database of suitable available candidates
• Management of casual onhire staff
• Liaising with & visiting various site contacts & building a rapport based on quality service, honesty and trust
• Administration/Data Entry
• Daily Rostering
• Reference checking
• Start checking of casuals at various shift times
• Account management / Sales experience preferred
• Business development experience (advantageous)
• On call phones - rotating weekly and weekend roster
  
  What you will need to be successful:
• Experienced recruiter 
• MUST be experienced in Blue Collar and Volume recruitment
• Looking to grow their career in the recruitment industry

The successful candidate may be required to work varied start/finish times which will include early mornings at times coupled with late evenings during busy periods. This role requires someone that will do what it takes to get the job done and put in the hours/time to meet the requirements of the clients.
