We have an opportunity for a recruitment consultant to join our busy, head office based in Salisbury. 

The successful candidate will be detrimental to the business by delivering end to end recruitment and sourcing a strong labour force to support our clients’ recruitment needs.

The position will provide an opportunity to expand your knowledge of the recruitment industry and develop your customer service skills

while working with a high volume of candidates & clients in a range of industries around Australia.

  • Recruitment and/or Account management experience desired but not essential

What the roles involves:

  • Managing end to end recruitment activities for a high volume of candidates
  • First hand site knowledge & familiarisation of the roles you are filling
  • Organising/conducting group inductions & site assessments
  • Conducting candidate interviews and the relevant Quality Assurance checks to assess candidate abilities and appropriateness for roles
  • Pre-employment screens and reference checks
  • Placement of suitable candidates to our meet our clients’ requirements
  • Maintaining a database of suitable available candidates to meet tight deadlines
  • Management of casual on-hire staff
  • Liaising with & visiting various internal and external stakeholders while building a rapport based on quality service, honesty and trust
  • Administration/Data Entry
  • Start checking of casuals at various shift times
