Position:
Full-Time Quality Assurance Officer

Location:
Acacia Ridge, 4110 QLD

Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and consistency from ingredient sourcing to final product delivery.
• Actively coach production teams to maintain quality standards and meet customer expectations.
• Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
• Maintain audit readiness through a Plan - Do - Check - Act (PDCA) approach.
• Collaborate closely with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and interpretation of regulatory standards, including HACCP, FSSC22000, and Quality Management Systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Passion for the food industry and a strong connection to consumer needs.
• Experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods industry is preferred.
• Available to start immediately.
