Knife Hands Required for Meat Factory In Lidcombe

Our client is an award-winning manufacturer of quality meat and food goods based in the Lidcombe area and they are currently looking for experienced Knife Hands / Butchers

Day shift 4am - 9am

About the role:
  • Monday - Friday 
  • 4AM - 9AM (5 hour shifts + overtime where required)
  • Trimming meat 
  • Processing orders and packaging 
  • De cartening raw/frozen meat from boxes
  • Lifting up to 20kg reptitively 

Applicants must possess the following:
  • Own car and current Drivers Licence (P's or above) 
  • Previous experience within a cold environment and/or factory setting
  • The physical ability to lift up to 20kg where necessary
  • The ability to work around raw and frozen meats, in particular PORK & BEEF 
  • Be able to undergo a pre-employment functionality and drug/alcohol test
