Administrator & Assistant 

Our client is a renowned business in the Specialised transport industry in the Port of Brisbane area. 

They are presently seeking an Strong admin staff member - Temp to Perm position

This is a Monday to Friday role – starting at around 7 AM- 2 PM 

Duties are but not limited to:
  • Data entry, scheduling, scanning, filing & uploading
  • Liaising with management & clients - in person and phone
  • Use of Microsoft Office 
  • General Ad-hoc duties within administration as and when required 
  • Adherence to all OH&S policies and guidelines
  • SAP experience beneficial 
The ideal candidate must have:
  • Have worked in a similar environment – horticulture, transport, maintenance etc.
  • Must have excellent administrative skills
  • MUST HAVE Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • A Professional work ethic with demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Australian Working rights 
  • 2 x work related references 
  • Must have own reliable transport and drivers license (P-plates or higher)
