HR Advisor role - Permanent Role

HR Advisor with blue collar experience required !  

Our client is looking for a skilled HR Advisor for their busy manufacturing plant in Wacol.     This role ideally would be for a candidate with Blue Collar experience.  

Permanent - 2pm-11.30pm Monday to Friday 

Based in the Western Suburbs of Brisbane the primary purpose of this role is to provide business partnering, HR advice and operational support to its employees and HR delivery of its values.
  
To be considered for this role the right candidates will have:  
  • FMCG experience (desireable)
  • GMP and HACCP knowledge advantageous
  • Tertiary level qualification in Human Resource Management
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR business partner or Advisory role
  • Experienced in the Recruitment management process;
  • Knowledge of industrial relations systems and the ability to interpret employee contracts and relevant IR laws
  • High level communication skills, both written and verbal, including demonstrated report writing ability
  • Ability to Multi-task and prioritise at a high level and work autonomously
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and trend information, draw conclusions, recommend action to address needs and mitigate risks, and ability to influence and negotiate to achieve outcomes.
  • The ability to devise, implement and evaluate HR policies and procedures.
  • Willing and able to travel to various sites on occasion
