To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Advisor to join us.

Role Overview:
As a Health, Safety, and Environment Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HSE Manager to ensure our plant operates in a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible manner. You will lead the implementation and maintenance of safety systems, promote a safety culture, and ensure that all environmental regulations are met while maintaining compliance with health and safety laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and identify hazards.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE training and promote safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ HSE experience in manufacturing, mining, construction, or heavy industry.
• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety.
• Valid driver’s license.
• White Card (or willing to obtain).
• Pre-employment medical and police check required.
