We are seeking an experienced Food Production Supervisor to be apart of a busy food processing factory located in Mt Druitt on a casual position, full time basis - temp to perm. 

Day shift: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

About the role

• Supervisor a team of staff
• Allocating tasks 
• Maintenance of machines
• Stock control 
• Meeting KPI and hitting targets
• Hands on and requires some heavy lifting 
• Working in a cool environment 
• Working with beef, pork and cheese product

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Must have previous supervisor experience 
• Comfortable working in a cool environment 
• Comfortable working independently
• Comfortable working with meat - pork, beef, chicken
• Recent experience in a similar role
• Available to start ASAP
• Excellent communication skills
• Great attention to detail
