CG Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Factory Hand to join our clients team based in Guildford who specialise in the manufacturing of Urethane mining parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix and batch ingredients 
• Operate machinery and equipment for manufacturing of urethane mining parts.
• Assist in the production process, including mold preparation and product finishing.
• Casting of urethane rollers, rods, wheels and other parts. 
• Load and unload products in/out of ovens 
• Counterbalance Forklift and overhead crane operation 
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at all times.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as required.

Ideal Experience:

• Previous experience in a mechanical or trade-related role.
• Knowledge of welding or trade assistance activities.
• Experience working with molds in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Forklift license (essential).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
