Counterbalance Operator

Located in Castle Hill 

Are you an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator looking to take the next step in your career? Join our client’s team based in Castle Hill who specializes in manufacturing and distributing plant based foods. 

Ongoing shift - Monday to Friday - 7am-3pm 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Operating counterbalance forklifts to load and unload goods.
• Safely transporting materials within the warehouse and production areas.
• Conducting routine checks on forklift equipment and reporting any issues.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment according to safety standards.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Working between dry store and cool rooms 
• Paper Picking and packing orders 

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have a valid Counterbalance Forklift License.
• Full Australian working rights 
• Comfortable working in a cool environment 
• 2 work related references 
• Possess a strong understanding of workplace safety protocols.
• Are able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
