Administrator - Maternity Cover

Administrator required for Maternity Cover role!
 
Starting ASAP - Part time hours 

Our client is a meat manufacturing company based in Wacol - currently looking for a strong administrator that can work autonomously and has a great eye for detail! 

This is a maternity cover role with part time hours - approx 24-25hours per week for approx 6-7 months.

Duties are but not limited to:

  • Data entry, scanning, filing & uploading - MUST have SAP Experience 
  • Purchasing and invoicing 
  • General Ad-hoc duties within administration as and when required 
  • Troubleshooting & general administration
  • Adherence to all OH&S policies and guidelines

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Must have Data Entry experience (SAP a MUST)
  • MUST HAVE Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • A Professional work ethic with demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Australian Working rights 
  • 2 x work related references 
  • Must have own reliable transport and drivers license
