Training Compliance Coordinator wanted ASAP !

 Our client specialises in the cost-effective maintenance of trees and vegetation, from tree pruning, tree removals, land clearing, power line clearing, transplanting, and consultancy.  

Established over 30 years ago, they are a leader in their field. 
They are seeking an experienced and reliable Training Compliance Coordinator. This role will be responsible for keeping in order the training and certification of their in-house staff, from OH&S to formal qualifications in their field.  This would include qualifications in the arboriculture and horticulture industry.  This is a role that requires excellent attention to detail and an astute and methodical mind, with the ability to multi-task and willingness to be a 'jack-of-all-trades' ! 

Experience working with RTO providers and negotiating arrangements is desirable, along with booking courses and a knowledge of Grants / Funding would be beneficial.Duties will include but not limited to: 
  • Ensuring the availability of suitably skilled workforce through task specific training
  • Developing target training programs
  • Maintaining the training database, staff coorindation
  • Liasing with training organisations and follow up
  • Overseeing workplace trainers and assessors
  • Ensuring that all nationally recognised training accreditation are updated and maintained
  • Ensuring compliance
  • General administration and data entry
  • Any duties required of you by Senior Management
