Reception / Administration Support to start ASAP for initial 4 week period

The CG Recruitment head office based in Salisbury, Brisbane is currently looking for hard working, customer focused receptionist / administration support officer to join our team in a full time (Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm) basis for an initial 4 week period.

As you'll be the first person people meet when visiting our busy head office, the ideal candidate will be someone with excellent communication skills, a vibrant personality and strong work ethic. A background in administration, reception and/or hospitality would be beneficial.

Key Duties:
Greet visitors and direct them as required
Scheduling interviews and setting up meetings
Creating and maintaining professional manner with clients, candidates, staff and suppliers
Answering 1300 business number and directing calls as required
Adhering to strict COVID guidelines to keep visitors and staff safe
Completing administration tasks where required

Key Selection Criteria:
Availability Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm
A positive attitude
Ability to work in a team and also autonomously
Customer Service focused
Proficient in computer programs including Outlook and Excel
