We are on the hunt for an experienced and suitably qualified Customer Service Officer to support a fresh food manufacturing facility in the Bankstown area. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries for support with deliveries, orders and credits, as well as taking any additional orders which may be required. 

This position is required Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM. This is a permanent, full-time position on offer. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking orders over-the-phone for clients and ensuring they are processed accurately
  • Handling inbound queries and questions regarding deliveries, orders & credits for customers
  • Act as a support for sales team
  • Processing orders and organise delivery coordination 
  • General administration, reporting, filing, record keeping and data entry as required

To be successful in this role you will be expected to have:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service / Sales / Office Administration position
  • MUST HAVE experience within a customer service role in a food processing environment
  • Full availability including weekends & public holidays
  • Good computer skills & the ability to pick this up with ease
  • Strong customer service skills and an exceptional phone manner
  • A current drivers licence (Provisional or above) AND personal car
  • Able to provide 2x recent work related references
