Our client is a renowned business in the Textiles industry


Due to recent growth and expansion they are presently seeking an Strong Customer Service and Sales Support staff member to join the team

Reporting to the General Manager - this is a Monday to Friday, Day Shift role approximately 25 hrs per week (temp to permanent opportunity as business volumes dictates)


Duties are but not limited to:

Answering customer phone and email enquires
Processing of Sales Orders
Provide administrative support to teams across different functions
Product sample packing and despatching
Completing courier and mail arrangements

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in window furnishings industry (manufacturing or retail) will be an advantage
A 'can-do' attitude and an ability to adapt quickly
Excellent administrative skills – ability to prioritise workloads & demands
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word & Excel)
Experience with cloud based inventory systems (such as Cin7) 
Professional work ethic with demonstrated problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Australian Working rights 
2 x work related references 
Must have own reliable transport and drivers license (P-plates or higher)
