Finance Administration Assistant - Part time position 


Your position will be to provide ongoing support to a financial advisor & practice manager which will include creating relationships with clients, assisting with deals and be the first point of contact for clients through phone and email inquires.  

Established over 30 years ago, providing financial planning advice and solutions. 

They are currently seeking an office administrator for an part time role Monday to Thursday (9am-2.30pm daily) 

Duties will include but not limited to: 

Preparation of documentation for client meetings.
Administration duties, updating and managing workflow tasks
Quality support
First point of contact for clients through communication of phone & email 
Filing and general admin support to the team

Desired Experience:-

  • Own car and current drivers licence (Must) 
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Computer skills/data entry
  • Must be able to work under pressure and with different personalities
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Enthusiastic attitude 
  • Previous experience in a financial services firm or accounting would be highly regarded.
