Key Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing and onboarding
• Employee background and immigration checks
• Compliance with Quality & Safety Systems
• Site visits across diverse industries
• Assisting with candidate marketing strategies
• Client and candidate relationship management
• On-call phone support on a rotating roster 

What We’re Looking For

• Strong computer skills (essential)
• Experience with rostering employees (highly desirable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Previous experience in admin, HR, or customer-facing roles advantageous
• Full working rights in Australia
