We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to join a fast-paced food processing facility located in Mt Druitt. This is a casual, full-time hours role with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support and supervise labelling room staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks to meet production schedules
• Oversee labelling, packing and verification processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Monitor product quality, ensuring all labels meet regulatory and company standards
• Train new staff on procedures, equipment use and safety requirements
• Conduct daily checks, maintain documentation and escalate any issues or discrepancies
• Collaborate with production, quality and dispatch teams to meet operational needs
• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient work environment in line with HACCP and food safety guidelines

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Must have previous team leader experience 
• Comfortable working in a cool environment 
• Comfortable working independently
• Comfortable working with meat - pork, beef, chicken
• Recent experience in a similar role
• Available to start ASAP
• Excellent communication skills
• Great attention to detail
