About the Role

Working within a fast-paced production environment, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are processed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Meat processing and production duties
• Knife handling and trimming
• Operating machinery and processing equipment
• Hide pulling and legging activities
• General labouring and manual handling
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Following workplace safety procedures
• Working collaboratively within a team environment

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Previous meat processing, food manufacturing or production experience
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Good communication skills
• Team-focused attitude

Essential Requirements

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Full unrestricted Australian working rights
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Ability to pass a Fit for Work Assessment
• Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol Screening
• Physically capable of repetitive manual work
• Current Q Fever vaccination or willingness to obtain one (company funded)
