QC Officer – Food Manufacturing

Location: Morningside, Brisbane | Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify production processes to ensure compliance with food safety standards

• Support Production Managers and Supervisors in CCP duties and staff training

• Identify and report non‑conformances, taking immediate corrective action where required

• Check and verify controlled documents, including FG release

• Actively participate in WHS programs and uphold non‑negotiable safety rules

• Collaborate closely with production team leaders and operators to maintain high standards

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work AM and PM shifts(earliest start 6AM, latest finish 3AM)

• Must have reliable transport(public transport not suitable due to shift times)

• Previous food manufacturing or QC experience preferred (FMCG highly regarded)

• High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to compliance

• Completed GMP training course desirable
