Propac Machine Operator – VFFS (Food Manufacturing)
Full-Time Role ! 

Starting Rate: $28.13 per hour
Day & Afternoon Shifts Available

We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Propac Machine Operator to join our food manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in automated packaging and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate VFFS machines for daily production

• Conduct pre-start safety and equipment checks

• Monitor packaging quality and machine performance

• Support continuous improvement initiatives

• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to reduce downtime

• Maintain accurate production records

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience operating VFFS or similar automated packaging equipment (preferably in food/FMCG)

• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills

• A proactive, team-oriented attitude

• Ability to work safely in a temperature-controlled environment

• Physically capable of manual handling (up to 10kg)

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends if required
