Office & Warehouse Administrator 

Based in Wetherill Park | Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm

Are you looking to step into a dynamic role with one of Australia’s leading national transport & logistics companies? We’re seeking an enthusiastic and organised Office & Warehouse Administrator to join our team in a full-time, temp-to-perm position.

About the Role:

You’ll be primarily based at our clients Wetherill Park Office, supporting both the office and warehouse operations. This is a varied role that will see you working across several departments and being the go-to for administrative and customer service support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer and client enquiries via email and phone
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries
• Providing administrative support to the warehouse team
• Uploading and managing customer orders using Excel and internal systems
• Tracking orders, updating records, and maintaining accurate data
• Delivering exceptional customer service and communication

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong administration and communication skills
• Confident using Excel and email platforms
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or transport admin is highly regarded
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Full working rights in Australia
