Process Workers – Multiple Positions Available | Mascot

We’re currently seeking reliable and hardworking Process Workers to join our client’s busy production in Mascot. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for ongoing work in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Shift: Monday to Friday - 2am-12pm

About the Role:
As a Process Worker, you’ll be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day production and packaging of meat products. You’ll work as part of a team to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met at all times.

Key Duties:

• Operating and monitoring production line machinery
• Packing, weighing, and labelling products
• Performing quality checks to ensure product standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following workplace health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, food processing, or warehouse work (advantageous but not essential)
• Comfortable working in a cold environment 
• Comfortable working with meat products 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and reliability
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Availability for early starts, day, or afternoon shifts
