We are currently seeking reliable Process Workers to join a well-established, world-class beef processing facility based in Brisbane’s east.

• Above award pay rates: $32.99 to $40+ per hour plus super (depending on experience and role)

• Full-time hours on a casual basis with consistent ongoing work
• Monday to Friday roster – no weekend work
• Morning shift: 5:45 AM – 1:45 PM
• Afternoon shift: 2:50 PM – 11:00 PM

About the Role

You will be working in a fast-paced food production environment within a leading meat processing facility. Full training is provided, making this suitable for both experienced workers and those looking to enter the industry.

Your duties may include:

• Working on a production line

• Meat processing and preparation
• Knife handling (training provided for entry-level candidates)
• Operating machinery such as bandsaws, brisket saws and scales
• Packing, weighing and labelling products

Skills and Experience

We are looking for both entry-level and experienced candidates.

• Previous experience in food processing, manufacturing or similar environments is highly regarded

• Experience with knife work or meat processing will be highly valued and paid accordingly
• Willingness to work in a cold environment
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Own transport and a valid driver’s licence
• Able to pass a medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Willing to obtain a Q Fever vaccination (covered by the employer)
• Full Australian working rights (permanent residents strongly encouraged to apply)
