What's On Offer

• $53.00ph - $58.50ph with guaranteed annual rate increases every July
• 40-hour rotating roster, with 10-hour shifts: 4:00am–2:30pm or 2:30pm–1:00am
• Full Penalties - Time and a Half and Double Time
• 17.5% annual leave loading, sick leave cash-out option and relocation assistance available
• Morningside  Location

Requirements

• Relevant trade qualification and experience in electrical maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills with a safety-first approach
• Ability to work independently while supporting a busy production environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn, with ongoing training and development provided

About the Role

• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical and production equipment
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults, breakdowns and equipment issues to minimise downtime
• Complete inspections, servicing, repairs and maintenance in line with safety and operational requirements
• Work closely with the production team to keep equipment running safely, efficiently and reliably
