About the Roles

We have multiple openings for Machine Operators and Pasteuriser Operators. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth production processes and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
You’ll rotate through production lines and teams to support cross-training and skill development—this is a core part of the company’s culture and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage pasteurisation and processing equipment.
• Perform pre-operative checks, machine setup, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct on-line quality checks and maintain accurate production reports.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Minimize waste, optimize yield, and monitor KPIs.
• Assist across different areas of the factory when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic machine maintenance.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in food manufacturing or similar environment.
• Skills: Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.
• Knowledge of AQIS requirements and exposure to SCADA systems is a plus.
• Flexibility to work across multiple sites when required.
• Food Processing Certification or Certificate III desirable.
