Our client is in the FMCG industry and is on the lookout for a skilled machine operator to join their team located in Smeaton Grange.  If you're experienced in operating production lines and passionate about maintaining high food quality standards, this could be the perfect role for you! 

Shift- Monday to Friday (6am-2pm) or (2pm-10pm)

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be working with Vertical Form Seal Machines to ensure the accurate and efficient sealing of bagged fresh produce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Vertical Form Seal Machines to package fresh produce.
• Perform quality checks to ensure sealed bags meet company standards.
• Labelling products 
• Dispatching orders 
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a machine operator - VFFS bagging machine high advantageous 
• Solid experience within a fast paced FMCG industry
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and Basic Food Hygiene
• Ability to work in a cool environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
