Luxury Property Maintenance Manager

An exceptional opportunity exists to work directly with the primary stake holders managing a portfolio of high-end luxury residences.

This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to become a trusted part of a private household team. The previous employee remained in the role for over 10+ years, and we are seeking someone who is looking for the same long-term commitment.

The Role

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (occasional Saturdays)
• Primarily based at the owner's luxury residence 
• Oversee maintenance across multiple private properties
• Hands on role carrying out minor maintenance and repairs
• Obtain and manage quotations
• Coordinate and supervise contractors for larger projects
• Liaise directly with the stake holders
• Ensure all properties are maintained to an exceptional standard

Ideal Candidate

We are ideally seeking someone who has:

• Owned and operated their own building, handyman, carpentry, maintenance or trade-related business, or
• Held a Management role within the building, construction, maintenance or facilities industry.

Preferred Experience

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Plastering
• General property maintenance
• Contractor management
• Strong administration and communication skills

Recruitment Process

Due to the nature of the role, successful candidates must:

• Pass a Federal Police Check
• Pass a Fitness Assessment
• Pass a Drug & Alcohol Test
• Complete a 3-stage interview process

Final interview will be conducted with the Stake Holders.
