Knife Hands and Butchers – Immediate Start!

We’re seeking experienced Knife Hands/Butchers to join our client’s team, working across multiple butcher stores throughout Sydney — including the CBD, Eastern Suburbs, and North Sydney. This is a great opportunity for skilled workers who take pride in precision cutting, teamwork, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Shift: Monday to Friday - 7am - 6:30pm

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for performing skilled meat cutting, trimming, and portioning duties according to specifications in the butcher store. 

Key Duties:

• Boning, slicing, and trimming meat to specification
• Operating knives and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness of tools and work areas
• Following workplace health, safety, and food hygiene procedures
• Working collaboratively to meet production schedules

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a butcher or knife hand (meat industry preferred)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Good knife skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
• Physically fit and able to work in a chilled environment
• Team player with a positive work ethic
